Newbie
I just bought a 22RBE and hope to take it coast to coast in Canada and the USA. This is our first trailer and we are excited for the adventures ahead.

Thank you. I have a 2019 F150 Lariat FX4 Supercrew with the regular tow package 5.0 litre. Regular mirrors. Do you think I’ll be able to see ok or will I need trailer mirrors? Appreciate your thoughts.

Welcome to the forum! You’ll find the standard mirrors pretty useless when towing. Shop around for the mirrors you think will help you the most-maybe split 2/3 mirror, 1/3 convex, to expand the visible areas to the sides. Easy install if you’ve ever removed a door panel. Otherwise, find the one you really want and pay someone to install it. Happy travels!

We use mirror extensions that snap on to our factory mirrors, you can find them on amazon or camping worlds website.

Rear Observation Camera (not ‘Back-Up’) Camera will solve the problem. Many people use the Furrion brand. Check Amazon. Drive safe!

We have these from Amazon - Snap and Zap Towing Mirror Pair. I did not post a link because the link would have been to the ones for a Chevy. They work great and are easy to put on and take off. THey can be a pain to get adjusted correctly, but once they are, and you don't accidentally "adjust " them they work well. Also, I highly recommend the Furrion, or similar, observation camera. I went with Furrion because my rig had the Sharkfin mount in place and prewired from the factory. There are other Furrion systems that have the middle marker light replaced with a new one with a camera incorporated.
