Replacing one tire?
I have an Imagine 2600rb. One of the tires has a spike through the shoulder and needs to be replaced. My question is is it ok to just replace the one tire or should I replace both on the same axle. Tires are west lakes with about 2000 miles and i was thinking of the Goodyear Endurance for a replacement. Thank you.

We replaced one tire (original equipment - Westlake) on our 2 month old fiver when it went flat while in storage. 6 months later a second tire (again a Westlake) developed a big bubble on the inside and we replace it with a Goodyear Endurance. We then went home and bought 3 more Endurances for the other 3 tires.

If you're replacing the one tire with the same tire, there won't be an issue. Changing the one tire with a different brand would not be best practice. As an aside, it looks like your trailer is a 2020, less than a year old. You might check with Lionshead (the OEM tire supplier), I believe they have a 1 year no questions asked warranty on the tires. They usually only take a week or so to get a warranty replacement to you...

As long as the size and rating is the same, it doesn't matter.
They are all independent hubs, not like driven wheels/tires where they recommend doing both on the same axle.Steve- Inventory Manager at Tom Schaeffer's RV, Shoemakersville, PA www.tomschaeffers.com
