What it means is the LED fixture is creating RFI and the TV set is receiving it and it blanks out the picture. The easiest way to eliminate this is to install a snap on ferrite bead on the TV coax feed at back of TV set and the TV set 120VAC power cable.
By dong so you will decouple the RFI that is causing the interference to the TV. You could also start replacing LED fixtures but there is really no need to do so

This is how to install the clamp on ferrite bead I am talking about.. best results will be to install on both coax feed line at back of TV set and the 120VAC power cord of the TV set.
Amazon has a decent price on the size ferrite clamp on bead needed

Does the light on the antenna/coax switch go out when you turn on the LEDs? If so suspect a wiring problem.
Which LEDs are causing the issue?
Maybe check the connections on the back of antenna/coax switch as well as coax connections at all the coax port (pull the plate off and check to see Coast connector is tight).Larry KE4DMG

I will definitely check out the ferrie bead for futures but I got it to work by doing a new scan for channels. The channel numbers are different but same networks. Thanks all for your support

Ended up rotating the antenna 90 degrees and re-scanned and it quit doing that.
