Ram 3500 5er hitch position

Helping my camping buddy.
Looking for a starting point for a BW companion puc system hitch. Knowing thing change from truck to truck.
2019 Ram with air suspension full size bed
BW companion PUC non slider hitch
Trailer is a Reflection 311BHS
Currently have the uprights set for over the axle and one hole showing at the bottom.
Trailer is not at the dealer, just getting ready for the pick up.

That sounds like the 19" height, one hole showing at bottom of the B&W pivot arms.

I had about 6" bed rail clearance.
The B&W fixed puck hitch was set to middle height on a 2017 Ram DRW 8' bed, rear air suspension and Ram set to Alternate Trailer Height so the rear lowers about 1" once the weight is one the truck.
