We use a grinder in our camper or you can put some rice in the bottom of the regular shaker

We use one of those little moisture absorbing packets that come in different otc medicines. Works for us

Put a saltine cracker in it. The cracker absorbs the moisture.

Moisture proof salt and pepper shakers

This salt and pepper shaker set has worked well for us and it holds a bit more than the one previously mentioned.

We have used a pair of these for years with very good results. Keep moisture out and product in. They are virtually spill proof.

That is exactly what we use in Florida's humidity and have never had an issue.
