Preventative Maintenance with a New Rig

After reading some of the blogs here and from my own experience with my current rig, what can we do to prevent common issues down the road?

For me, one of our dress drawers started coming apart in my Cougar, then I read a similar issue in a blog here. So a new rig is going to get wood glue applied to all of the inside corners of dresser drawers to help out those tiny staples.
Any other suggestion to help keep a new rig in good shape or to prevent problems?

Exterior slide corner pads for the BR slide. It is usually at the perfect height to put a dent in your head.

Read the owners manual and all the manuals that come with the FW and know what the say for yearly maintenance and preventive maintenance and try to adhere to them best you can. Pay attention to FW while using it during warranty period so dealer can fix problems. Know your FW in and out, Injoy the FW and learn to work on them when need arises. injoy the FW.
