Sorry about that...my Momentum had 2", havent had a chance to measure on my Reflection.

Okay... I FINALLY figured it out. The valve is this: Valterra T1001APW Fresh Water Gate Valve, Drain Valve 1-1/2" Valve Spigot x Slip, White. The top is the ‘slip’ side... so to drain it with a garden hose I just needed a 90 or 45, a bushing and a garden spigot. I didn’t even glue them... no pressure. I can now drain to the garden or a bucket without getting wet.

The fresh water tank drain valve will be the white handle on the streetside of the trailer behind the rear most tire. You'll have to get down and look for it but you'll see it. The blue tube close to it is where the water will come rushing out. Do NOT lay under there and pull the valve trust me lol.

I wanted to fill my fresh water tank today and evidently it was left open at the factory as I have never added fresh water or drained it. My handle is black not white and is located behind the wheels. I would have to move the slides in to close the valve and add water.
