    Fresh water tank drain valve

Hi all, 2020 375 res-r , after reading the manual I want to drain my fresh water tank as the dealer had water in the tank when we bought it. The manual says to open the white gate valve. The nautilus system has nothing marked for tank drain . And the only white valve let’s water into the tank. Would really like to know the location of said white gate valve. Thanks

The fresh water tank drain valve will be the white handle on the streetside of the trailer behind the rear most tire. You'll have to get down and look for it but you'll see it. The blue tube close to it is where the water will come rushing out. Do NOT lay under there and pull the valve trust me lol.

On my 2600rb it's the white pull handle on curb side just forward of the axles. It has a big opening so get ready for the water to come out.

I know this is in the Solitude section but thought I would mention it incase Imagine people are reading this.

I thought the "blue tube" was the over flow. . . .

You're correct! My bad, I was doing three things at once while typing Yes the fresh water tank will drain right out of the gate valve when you pull the white handle, the blue is the overflow hose when filling tank. My apologies to the OP.

Thanks to all. That is a lot bigger drain than on my old mh. I can see why you would not want to be under there when it opened.

If on gravel I recommend putting a board or large plastic dish under the valve as it will dig a hole

Any good idea on the size of the valve... thought if it was threaded I might rig it to a garden hose... water the yard.

GD typically uses 2" for the fresh water drain if I recall.

Thanks! It should be easy enough to go to a garden hose connection!
