    I am very on the fence about having this done vs getting 8k axles and discs. Difference in price would only be a few thousand.

    Very interesting and good to know Bill. I knew the standard greased bearings would be fine and I could look into the oil-bath version later if I wanted to tackle it. Losing all of your oil while traveling would not be a welcome surprise.
