Sorry - can't give much insight in the 303, other than is very popular on this forum. Welcome to the forum, and someone will be along who can help.

The 2020 303 has many changes from our vintage 2014 and has less storage but a bigger fridge and TV.
If we were buying our 303 today instead of 2014 we'd buy the 337.

I would second the vote for the Reflection 337 for full-timing. It has a lot more storage space - but you have to have enough truck as the 337 puts 3,000 lbs. or more on the pin. We just moved from a Reflection 337 (4-1/2 years full-timing) to a Solitude 310GK-R and the the 310 has less living room storage space, fewer square feet in the basement (although it's a bit taller), and a smaller dresser in the bedroom (by at least 1/3). The Reflection 337 is a beast and well-suited to full-timing.

I will be traveling/living in the RV alone. Would the 303 be adequate for myself Full-Timing?

For 1 the 303 could be great, don't get me wrong we do love our 303 . Reason behind the 337 vs 303 is the interior storage space and CCC has changed some since we bought our 303. There are only 2 of us and 2 dogs and are in ours for almost full time living, about 9 out of 12 mos are in the 303. Spend time going through it all in each and make your decision on which is best for you with consideration of everything you want to take with you, where it'll go etc.
