bumping noise when walking past the kitchen island
The bumping noise (we have heard before in our previous two Reflections) is the weight on the faucet pull out hose. When you walk past the island we hear a bump-bump. The easiest cure? Add a self adhesive foam pad to the inside back panel of the island cabinet directly behind the weight. Available on Amazon, just make sure it has pressure sensitive adhesive on one side. The pad I bought was 6" x 6" three to a pack.
Advice:
1. Apply the bottom of the pad even with the bottom of the weight.
2. Use a 1/4" thick (or thinner) foam pad or suffer from the weight hanging up on the top edge of the foam when you are trying to get the hose back into the faucet.MichiganMarty
