Hi All.

I purchased a 40lb propane cylinder and it is to big for the cylinder platform so it needs to sit on the ground. The propane hose line isn't long enough to reach. I purchased a 5' hose assembly and installed it between the regulator and the hose with the pigtail. I noticed the pigtail has a check valve at the other end of the hose. Is this going to create a problem if the check valve is now sitting between the two hoses and not at the regulator.

the setup used to be regulator connects to 1' hose with pigtail including a check valve. Now the 5'assembly hose connects to regulator and then it is screwed to the 1' hose with pigtail and check valve.

Or do i just need to purchase a new 5' hose with pigtail and check valve and take the other two hoses out of the equation.

thanks in advance
