I am not so sure. Even with the prices increases, consumers continue to buy at record rates. No business in their right mind would lower the cost again.

Septembers's only 2 months away. I can't imagine the market flipping back to normal in 2 months.

They will have to eventually. There is no question the used lots are going to be full of units and consignments
They will have no choice to be competitive

Just that here in Canada the pending winter will slow interest and lower prices

In the US this isn’t an issue

I think it is possible to find some good discounts off MSRPs, but not on the most popular units. We started out looking at 31MBs, but no one has them on their lots anymore, they sell too quickly. Started looking at the 367BHS models and found the same to be true with them. Instead we bought a 2021 Solitude S-Class 3550bh for 61k. The 367BHS quotes were in the 65k range. Granted, we probably got lucky, the Solitude is an early 2021, still tan not the newer white color, so it was pre-price increases. But it is also a more niche model I think, so maybe less people considering them?

Wow. I totally forgot about this thread. 7 pages long!

I ended up buying a '20 31MB about two months after this thread was created. I purchased mine for $42k with two ACs. OTD was a little north of $45k.

Looking back, whew! We got ours right in the nick of time. We still have our 31MB and absolutely love it.

I just saw a 2022 Reflection 31MB in central CA that was listed at $80,999. Wow...I'm sure glad I got my 2021 before they started jacking up the price.
