Possible Toilet Leak?

Ive been noticing some discoloration around our toilet and a thin line of water within the seam. Based on the photos you see, do I have an issue here or is this norm?

How good is your aim? There shouldn't be water there

Have you tightened the 2 bolts that hold the toilet down? RV toilets use a gasket which compresses as the bolts are tightened "equally." They are unlike the wax seals used on home toilets. Much simpler to remove when replacing a toilet.

So looks like the base was tightened down to much and the crack extended down to the seal. Any Idea if this is a difficult fix? Im assuming its just some more sealant and a new base correct?

I would think sealing the crack should fix the leak but the RIGHT way would be to replace the base. Not sure how involved that would be but it should be covered under warranty.
