    Never Fail

Has anyone used this bushing, and is it truly "Never Fail"?
    Thanks

I've got about 10,000 miles on mine now. Checked some of them a couple months ago and they looked just fine. No visible wear.

Edit: Maybe more like 15,000 miles

Jim, Are you using regular (no lube hole) hanger bolts or are you using wet bolts? I currently have wet bolts with bronze bushings on my 303 and am thinking about swapping out the bronze bushings for the never fail bushings, but don't want to switch bolts. I also have the Morryde HD shackle kit. I'll need to remove my current bolts when I install the Morryde Xfactor crossmembers in the Spring and will inspect the bronze bushings at that time and decide if I want to switch to the never fail bushings. I already purchased the never fail bushings but did not use them when I replaced the left side springs (with 3000# springs) last summer.

Bill, I switched to regular bolts because you are not supposed to use grease with never fail (It can break them down) I didn’t want them to get greased accidentally.

P.S. When i switched to never fail i also put on HD shackles so had to change bolts anyway.

Thanks Jim for the quick reply. Now I just need to decide if I want to switch to the never fail bushing. There isn't a lot of long term durability information out there on the never fail bushing other than your post.
