    Axles and leveling

New to this, should I be concerned about the axels? Not sure I am liking these CAMCO levelers, maybe the Andersons would have been better, in fact, I foolishly thought I would just put them behind each wheel and backup, but as we can see, you cant put one behind the forward wheel, no room, so I had to put it behind the rear wheel then drive up to place the other.

I was hoping they would be level with each other, but the 3 "levels' these plastic blocks give are at increments up to 5" (which I need for storing RV in back yard) and one is on the 3" level, the other axle is not. Might this put too much strain on the axles? Anyone?

Welcome - I don't think its an issue. Others may, but the load difference doesn't look to be that much to my eye

The curved levelers are a lot easier to put in place and work with. After breaking three of the Anderson levelers (our Reflection 337 weighed in at 14,000 lbs.), we switched to Beech-Lane. They're made with a much stronger resin and work really well.

In the end, they said these levelers are not to be used with leaf spring axles, I have to return them and go to the curved type I guess...

Go with Rob’s rec of Beech-Lanes. Only the smaller, lighter trailers can get by with the Andersons.

No offence to anyone but I get amused by all these expensive levelling gadgets. I have been using wooden boards and blocking for years. Cheap and versatile.

I also carry 4' and 6' pieces of treated 2 x 12 in the bed of the truck... for when the going gets tough. Our Reflection didn't have auto-leveling and the Beech-Lane levelers coupled with the LevelMatePRO made things quick, accurate and easy. Do what works for you, though.

My rig weighs 13,000# my Anderson's work just fine.
I see Beach Line are a little cheaper than the Anderson's. Both are rated at 32,000#
Both will do the same job. I love mine
