I totally agree. Spelling, who cares?!!
Most of us are on auto correction. It usually fixes it. Other times it screws us...
Who cares as long as the thought comes across.
Besides not everyone has the education others have. Still some people know more about TT's/RVvs than others even if they can't spell.Charles and Susan

Unfortunately, there are people here that can’t blame their spelling on autocorrect or the lack thereof or being lazy or any other excuse. They actually think trailer “breaks” is correct.

People don't actually read the post before responding. A person will post a problem. Maybe 4-5 responses offer suggestions. Person who started the thread replies that the problem is fixed (sometimes what the fix was). Then, 87 more posts offering the same suggestions already offered.

I don't see it on this site, but on another RV site I frequent you can ask a simple question such as "how do you fix something". Within three or four replys, the thread has abandon the item you asked about and a violent argument has broken out on the upside/downside of some item pretty much unrelated to what was originally asked about. The thread eventually gets "locked" and you never get the simple answer you were looking for.
The other thing that bugs me are posts that include paragraphs that are longer than some books I've read. Really hard for my eyes to read 70-80 lines of stuff without it being broke up just a little.

It seems to me that trying to write correctly is very important, this is how respect for interlocutors is shown. Of course, everyone can make mistakes, but it's not wrong to try at all.

Trivial things that annoy me on the site.
Personally, I find it annoying when people post comments in iambic pentameter.
But hey, that’s just me.Last edited by DaveMatthewsBand; 07-06-2020 at 11:04 AM.
