    City Water connection leaking badly

Our water connection to GD Reflection is leaking water into the basement and flooding it.
Tried replacing washer in hose and using plumbers tape to seal, no luck! Seems it might be the plastic thread for the camper water inlet.
    Help!

This post is going to bring up the ago-old topic of GD using flexible hose mixed with PEX finings.

My suggestion is to see if the leak is on the front of the water panel or at the back (may have to get into the basement storage area to access that back part). Then you can see precisely where the leak is assuming it is at the panel.

Now back to flex hose/PEX onslaught....

Thanks Larry, it’s in the front of the panel. Might it be the one-way valve sticking causing back pressure?

My trailer did that. I had turned the screen around when I winterized it & forgot to turn it back. After filling the fresh tank, turned the pump on & had water everywhere. Screen had the check valve depressed.
