I think for me it would be something like the 377MBS but with an additional 1/2 bath. Or rather, a 373 with the mid bunk/office room (that front bath/closet are epic!). And a 2nd passthrough for additional storage (but want to keep the pin weight manageable somehow). I do like the 380 a lot but it doesn't have a bunk/office room and I prefer the larger and more open living area on the other 2 with real living layouts. Obviously we have 8k axles for the higher 18k GVWR.

We currently have the Reflection 150, 260rd, but are loving the build quality of the Solitudes...
On a long trip the 260 is lacking in cupboard space - no pantry - and wardrobe space. The storage under the U-shaped dinette is very difficult to access but we have to use it because there is no place else to put things. (back in the old days you COULD easily lift the cushions off a dinette for storage access.)

If Grand Design would listen to the folks who want quality PLUS a small footprint, we would take the 310GK as it is, but put the Solitude S-series 2930 bath and bedroom on it. So the back end of the 310GK and the front end of the 2930. We love the front window of the 2930, the full size nightstands and the larger bathroom with good linen and toiletries cabinets.

The bedroom and bath is the reason we have a 2930 .... love it ... later Frank

We would prefer the 3350 with the ccc if it had a bigger bedroom slide with nightstands. A second bathroom door would be nice too.

"Dealer Stock Only"... better hurry Gary!

I never noticed the huge cargo capacity on that thing... over 4,500 pounds! What additional stuff do you wish you could carry if you had the ability to do so?

Here's Jayco's idea of the "ideal rig":

How about a rig with a split a/c system and entire roof that is nothing but solar panels. You would never need to plug into electric or run a genny or repair a roof. And while you are at it, make the frame aluminum to lighten the load and have a decent suspension system, brakes, and bearings come standard.. And if you really want it all, make the above changes and charge less than current units are selling for..

A couple more cast iron pans would be nice
,really we have about all we need . But along the way I'm sure we'd find something else to put in there.

I like the XLS 21BHE floorplan, but I'd like Dexter torsion axles, 2000 lbs of cargo capacity, easy storage under the dinette booths (doors), all the open nooks in the bathroom made into cabinets (with doors), and the ability to easily walk around the murphy bed when it is lowered. I'd also be perfectly happy with a gravity fill for the fresh tank and a separate city water connection.

Edit: I realized this morning that I had inadvertently described the Rockwood Mini Lite 2508, although I wish the bunk beds were longer and not enclosed at the end.
