Mine will not light at all. The igniters will not spark. I had the dealer look at it and they say the whole unit will need to be replaced. I think thats overkill for something that is being caused by a faulty igniter elec box or fuse. Anyone else have this issue ? No information online for this product.

Just got our new 2021 solitude 390rk. Insignia rande is great....but you need shore power to operate it. I'm very disappointed. But it is pushing me to get my solar/inverter system installed asap.

Interesting. What electrical item(s) on the range require 120V ? One would think that you can cook with gas w/o having to be plugged in to 120V and any electrical needs would work off the 12V system like the RV lights, jacks, slides, etc. do.

Also curious, did you get an operations manual for the Insignia appliance ? If there is a web link to it, please share that, if you would be so kind.

I did get the manual. 3 of them. English, Spanish and French. Go figure.
The pilot lights use a electronic ignitor, which is 110v. You can manually light the range top with a flame, but not the oven. Also, the pretty dial lights are 110v.

Thank you, for the post. Yes, the 3 language manuals is pretty std. these days.

I am surprised that in an RV where folks still do camp or make stops w/o 110/120 V that a 12V option does not exist. This makes the build with or installation of an inverter important.

If you find any web site links to the Insignia, please share those........none of us have been able to find those for this appliance. Many of us thought the Best Buy brand but that has been a no go.

    Thanks, again.

We have this Insignia range on our new M399TH. The stovetop works great. The problem is the oven. I can get the pilot to light, but the oven will not, no matter how long I hold the knob in (1-3 minutes). It worked the first few times we used it, but no longer.

Has anyone else experienced this? If so, what was the fix?

This is tremendously inconvenient with Thanksgiving being tomorrow. The wife is going to be out of her mind.

Edit: here's a pic of the pilot setup. Does anything look off?Click image for larger version.

If you can, try extending the therm o-couple (top tube above flame) out a bit so flame is hitting round portion, not just tip.

PDF of Insignia 4 burner Stove

Here is a PDF of the manual.

Yes, it operates on 110V only. It IS on our inverter circuit in our 2021 310GK so we "could" use the oven while not on shore power.
