Danfiver - I had the same concern on our recliner since the plugs are very large. I opted for a slightly different version of the same type of remote plug. There are multiple options (sizes, shapes, colors) online so you should be able to find one that works for you. This one will definitely work with very large sized plugs.

I havent looked at ours lately, but I dont remember the plugs being oversized. I hadn't really looked into the specifics, just the idea of a remote plug to help give a solution to the problem above.

Perfect. The power supplies on my chairs are probably about close to 2 inches wide. We are currently camping and as I sat down and put my phone in the cup holder I apparently turned on the heat. And we have the AC running. I will order one of the ones you pictured. Thanks.

Thanks and hope to be able to camp sometime soon if this Covid ever gets controlled! Stay confined and safe everyone!
Haven't read all of the posts to this thread. I solved the problem by plugging the seats into a multi strip with an on / off switch. When you want heat, vibration or lights, flip the switch on the multi strip.

We got these and and are very pleased we don't turn on the chair features accidentally anymore.

We bought the same ones and they work great. At first I thought they were too spendy but then realized that I couldn't make them myself. Good for the guy who figured out a fix and is able to make some $$ for his idea!

Ditto 2020 2970 Imagine, they are no longer there, I have seen a picture where someone just reversed the position of the switches, I.e. front to back.
