lock out switch for the massaging / heating Recliners??

New to GD, we picked up our 311BHS the beginning of this month and love it! We are having a problem with the heated/massaging recliners. everyone keeps turning on the heat and the massage on the recliner by accident. does anyone know if there is a lockout switch for these buttons?

We finally unplugged them. Even the dog was turning them on with his chin, so I'm really hoping to hear some great solutions.

Ours is a bit older, so it might be a design change, but we have a little button on the cup holder with a lock symbol to lock out the controls. Did they get rid of that button?

@Timgunther ditto for us in our late-2018-built 2018 Solitude. The right-most button (while sitting in the chair) on the cup-holder is the lock button.

I just double-checked out 2020 Reflection - built in early 2019 - and it has no lock button.

Bummer.

If it's any consolation, even WITH the lock button our recliner features get accidentally turned on somewhat frequently. It's as easy to accidentally turn off the lock button as it is to accidentally turn on one of the recliner features.

You know, I think I like the manual recliners we had on our Imagine better than the electric ones in the Solitude. Yeah the Imagine did not have massage (had heat) but haven't used that much anyway. Our 2019 Solitude late build has the lock out buttons.
