    Yeah - you'll probably need some sun glasses. That looks like a lot of light. Can you post pics after the install?

    Are those motion activated or is there a switch to turn on? Should be plenty of light but motion activated would be really nice I think. Can't wait to see how it looks...

    I added LED strip lighting to my basement and used the motion sensor below. It has adjustable timing and the sensitivity is perfect. I would recommend adding a motion sensor if those lights dont have the option. Click image for larger version.

    I just used a reel or 2 of LED light strips that self stick. I ran them across the floor trusses. Each side of the storage bay is controlled via a switch where the cheesy little cheap light that GD put in use to be (got the 12v from there too.
