    Washing the Rig

I was curious as to how most people wash the outside of their fifth wheels when on the road ? The camps where we have stayed have rules against washing vehicles and campers in the campgrounds.

At Thousand Trails you can buy a wash permit for $5. We have stopped at coin-op car wash too!

I've been looking at the WashWax All product (http://www.washwax.com) as a way to keep my rig clean. Many reviews I've read said it was a good product. Maybe check into it yourself.

Blue Beacon has truck washes and they will wash it for you and spray it with protectant also if you want it. They wash the semis. You just drive in and they do the work, it is about $40 not to bad it is a big rig and I really have no way of washing it. They have a website if you want to check it out. It is Blue Beacon.com.

Thanks about Blue Beacon. I'll keep them in mind when I'm on the road, though there's not a location right by me at home. (sigh)
