Converter fan never shuts off

Can someone tell me if there’s also always is on. 2020 GD 398M. Like maybe it’s charging the battery? I had the competition plugged into 110, but then just now moved it to my 220 v plug at back of house. It’s a 100 amp breaker. Once battery charged will fan shut off? Battery was only 11.4 volts thanks so much

First off - you have me worried about plugging onto a 220 V plug? Hoping you mean a 50 amp RV plug? The fan works when the unit is running hot - working at full charging and yes as long as the unit is working okay it will shut off once the battery is charged and the temp drops on the unit.
