    2019 Imagine 2400bh Grease Seals?

Hello Everyone. I was just curious if anybody happened to know off-hand, which specific axles are installed on the 2019 Imagine 2400bh, or which seals I would be wanting to order. I know they are from Dexter and that the axles are rated to 3500lbs, but does anyone know if they are the EZ-Lube series or not? I only ask because I am planning on re-packing our bearings once the weather warms up here, and wanted to order new seals, but our trailer is out in storage and I won't be able to make it out there for a bit to check. It looks like the seal part number changes depending on if the axles are the EZ-lube series or not.

Assuming they are the Ez-Lube it looks like they are Dexter Part Number 010-019-000, which is a double lipped seal with inner diameter of 1.719" and outer diameter of 2.565". Otherwise it looks like Dexter part number 010-001-00. Unless I am completely crazy and missing something.

    Thanks in advance!

I’d did half my 2019 2500RL today, that’s the correct seal, I ordered a 10 pack of Lippert 333961 from amazon to do mine. The auto parts store wanted $12 a seal, amazon 10 pack was $31.

Sorry, yes they are ez-lube. I repacked my bearings which still looked great, only 2000 miles on them. After repacking the bearings I tested the ez-lube. It worked well on both hubs, the seal held the grease fine and I think I’ll use the ez-lube next spring and alternate repacking to every other year.

Thanks for the info! I'll be honest, I never even gave it a thought that you could use Lippert seals on Dexter axles, but it makes sense. How did the first half go for yourself? Was this your first time doing a bearing repack? It will be mine so I am slightly hesitant, but it doesn't seem too difficult.

Lippert and Dexter both use the same seal, generic 10-19 double lipped. You can use a single lip seal if you don't use the E-Z Lube feature.
Hint - I use a pair of Nytril gloves when cleaning and repacking the bearings. I'm old school and still hand pack them but a bearing packer tool make the job easier and faster.
