    Shutting off some heat to understorage/tanks

    With the weather turning warmer but some cooler mornings I was thinking that running propane is a waste.....that is heating below.

    Anyone temporarily seal off or seal partially the air flow going everywhere but the interior. Less propane to get to temp and better airflow as well (my thoughts anyway).

    I Don't think that will work. The basement area is where the return air goes, which in turn get heated. KEN

    Thinking of putting a plate on the outgoing air directly on furnace. Keeping open the line going into camper

    We just run the electric fireplace on those cooler (above freezing) mornings. If needed, we have a second portable electric heater to help with a kick-start.
