    What is a One Touch Power Awning?

    Hi Grand Design Team, Can you help me with this question? No one seems to know including my dealership.

    It is a toggle switch that is in the control panel.. push for out... push for in!

    I think what they are hinting at is "one touch" is a little misleading. It should be "one touch and hold".

    The idea of the post is you push a button and walk away and have a cup of coffee while your awning opens......I'm guessing.....

    Now that I think of it, that sounds pretty nice. Never really thought of it that way.

    Well with the 379FL it would be push a button then run around to the front of the rig to be sure your front door isn't in the way

    my front door has a gas strut to hold it open and keep it clear of the awning arm

    It's on the street side between the heater vent and side compartment.
