I've been told that I both do and don't need a WD hitch (mainly due to the class IV hitch). What say the jury here?
You definitely have enough truck to pull that trailer but I would still highly recommend a weight distributing hitch with some kind of sway control. The 315 is right at 38 feet long, that's a big sail for the wind to catch.

I am towing a 297RSTS with a RAM 3500 SRW and I use a WDH hitch with sway control. I am sure the truck would handle the weight and it has the 2.5" Class V hitch for over 2000 lbs weight carrying capacity but I would not tow without the WDH and sway control. Truck and trailer handle so nice with this and much, much safer. I wouldn't tow the 315 without it.

Agree. You have plenty of truck. The issue is length and tongue weight. The bumper pull creates much different towing experience than a fiver. Weight Distribution and sway control make it a much more stable ride.

Tongue weight becomes much more critical and sensitive.

3/4 Ton F250 will handle it just fine. From Ford Website Specs....a F250 4x4 SWD 160" WB with a 6.7L Diesel, 3.55 Axle Ratio, and a GCWR of 22,500 lbs... has a Max Conventional Tow rating of 15,000 lbs. So more than enough to handle the 11,295 lb Reflection.

That matters roughly 10x more than the "tow rating" for most RV trailers
