I am so sorry you are having issues with your unit BUT I have NEVER seen our manufacturer be anything but spot on! We have had hardly any issues but they are truly a phone call away. I don't think there is a manufacturer out there with the concen for customer satisfaction that Grand Design has. Word of mouth is some of the best advertisement a company can have and Grand Design understands that.

We find comfort in seeing the response from Marc to what is obviously an unfortunate situation. It confirms what we have struggled with and that is what manufacturer out there is concerned about quality and will stand behind what they produce. We will watch anxiously how this works out so please let us know. We think we speak for all when we say we want a unit that we can be proud of, rely upon and one we can recommend to our friends...especially if we decide to pay a little more for it.

Hey Yall, I have been in contact with Marc and the Warranty department at Grand Design. Due to our current location there are no places to bring our RV to for repairs. GD suggested we find a private individual to complete the repairs and they will pay him for his services, but that too has proven impossible. We had it scheduled to bring it in for repairs on Tuesday, but due to a death in the family we postponed our appointment as we struggle to wrap our brains around this senseless murder . I will post again when we do drop it off and when we pick it up so you are informed exactly how it all works out. Fingers crossed for successful repairs
