The Furrion system must use a RP-SMA connector (no pin in center). For others, be aware that some systems (like Haloview) use a SMA male connector (pin in center).
Choose a 2.4GHz antenna with the proper connector and you should be fine.
For the record, I've tried larger antennas on the camera (including a Techtoo 9dbi as linked above) with mixed results. The problem with the longer antennas is that they end up getting blown back/down when driving. I did try taping the antenna to hold it in place to no avail. In the end, I went back to a 6dbi antenna that seems to work good enough for my use (backup and not observation while driving).
