    Dripping in the residential fridge.

The residential refrigerator in my Solitude 384 GK-R is dripping water on the inside. The water is collecting the bottom of the refrigerator compartment. I think it might be a plugged up drain line, but I don't know where to find it. Anyone else had this problem? Could it be something other that a plugged drain line?

Check the door seal for damage or dirty. Clean it with a dash of bleach in the hottest water you can handle with gloves on. Use a washcloth and rub the seals generously with the hot water. This will make the door seal more pliable, so that can stick to the door seal area,
Also; the door could be bent. Look at it closely with a bright flashlight. KEN

Some Samsung fridges collect water like that from a plugged up Ice maker line, google water in the bottom of Samsung Fridge. Another thing is to check to see if the water filter has loosened up (our Residential Samsung has the filter near the vegetable bins)

It's a plugged up drain line in the main cooling unit at the back of the refrigerator section. LOTS of people go through this. There are tons of uTube videos on how to fix and even aftermarket parts to help prevent it from happening again.

it isn't hard to fix. But you have to empty the fridge, remove the back panel on the back wall on the inside and defrost the clog. Again, the uTube videos explain it well. Just search on your model Samsung and you'll find the videos.

or..... empty the fridge and wait a few days... the frozen drain will free up.

I had to fix mine last summer while on the road. At least you don't have to remove the refrigerator.

Thanks. Watched a couple of videos today. Fix looks doable. Biggest problem is what to do w food while fixing. We’re stocked up for sheltering.

Our food kept while I did the change. You can always get a few styrofoam coolers.

Some folks coiled a copper wire around the low point of the cooling tubes and let is dip into the drain hole. The logic is that additional heat will help when the frig goes into defrost mode. I did it on mine and so-far, so-good.

You'll need a hair dryer. I think I also used a food baster to both blast hot water into the drain and suction out the melted water. i don't remember if I used anything to poke into the drain but I think that could cause more problems.
