I would contact the campground. The other possibility which happened to me shortly after delivery is there is a short in your power cord and one of the legs no longer works. You check this if you have a meter that measures continuity or ask to try someone's shore power cord on your RV.

I combined 2 threads both almost identical.

Hopefully the OP will get his issue resolved with the focus being in the right forum.

If you have a meter check the power coming off the pole if that's good check the other end of the cord that hooks up to the trailer. You could have a bad cord.

On a separate note ...... I'd suggest "KrebsRV" get with the campground management and have the pedestal power checked.

That or use the 30amp receptacle in the pedestal box and try one AC to see if works as maybe the 50 circuit is bad.

@KrebsRV , if you check the power at the pole yourself, make sure you are familiar with AC power and how RV plugs are wired. If you measure across the 2 hot wires you will get 240v.

My husband says that the 50 amp GD supplied cord has 2 blue lights (one for each side) on the pedestal end plug indicating that they are working. Are yours?

The RV park has checked the pedestal and it is fine

My cord has a green light on each end that are both green

The owner's manual says there is a box of 30 to 40 amp in the AFT panel of the pass through container but I took the cover off and it was not there

Getting desperate without air conditioning about to just call a service person if we can't figure it out on our own

Thank you to everyone for the advice so far

What model Reflection do you have? It could be helpful knowing that.

Keep the forum up to date on the resolution should that happen to another GD member.. We'd appreciate.

just this afternoon I experienced a similiar thing on 2020 Reflection 315RLTS. Went into trailer and had no power; reset the breakers inside nothing; reset the outside breaker and noticed of the two blue lights only the left one was one. After resetting the outside breaker it was the same. Went inside and the microwave would power up, then die, power up and die and noticed the converter was doing the same thing. I also noticed the GFCI plug in the kitchen island under the counter was very hot and had two yellow lights on. I tried resetting it with no luck. Next step I guess is to replace the GFCI plug and see if helps any. Not an electrician so don't know how everything works.

Looking forward to a great summer in north Michigan!!
