How do you know if used camper is a good value?

My brother is looking at a 2013 travel trailer. It's being sold privately and the person is selling everything. WDH and sway bars, generator, sewer and water hoses, extension cords, all the leveling blocks, and a cover. The person put a electric hitch jack on as well.

I'm having a hard time finding any trailers of the model and year for sale on line to compare prices.

It is not a Grand design. Its a 2013 coachmen clipper 17BH and the price is $8000.

So how would one know if its an ok price.

How much does a used Weight Distribution hitch and sway bar typically cost? I do not know the brand.

He should also be aware that many campgrounds don't allow rigs over 10 years old. I know this one isn't, yet, but it's getting close. If he plans to use it for a long time.

We don't sell used equipment due to liability issues, but it is pretty much whatever you can get for it.

You can buy a brand new, cheap set up from Harbor Freight for about $200. A Reese Straitline set up is closer to $700.
