Rear Trailer Receiver Hitch on Toy Hauler

Has anyone bolted or welded a rear trailer receiver hitch on their toy hauler, NOT for towing but for a hitch cargo carrier. Transporting the waste tote on the (left side) ladder is not an option and I don't really want to transport it inside the trailer or in the back of the truck.

Years ago, I worked at a truck accessory/fab shop and we built several receiver hitches on toy haulers for customers. Not cheap but probably built better than some of the aftermarket ones available. It just depends on how the frame is at the rear.
