    Leaving poo in the tank.

    Hopefully that got some laughs.

We were boondocking this past weekend and didn't get to a dump station, so the black and gray tank are both about 1/2 full. I'm going to travel again in a few weeks, but was wondering, should I pull the trailer down to the KOA to dump it, or is it OK to leave some "stuff" in the tank until I get to a campground again and can dump?

    Thanks!

If it's only going to be a few weeks, then I would just add water to above the 3/4 level and let it go. You want to add some Pine cleaner just to help with any odors. My opinion is a whole bottle of the cheap stuff.

We returned from AZ March 24th with full tanks (2 black, 2 grey). Due to self quarantine, Covid restrictions, weather etc, I just got the tanks emptied yesterday, no issues.

X2 on the water. And you may find it to be less of a problem than it might normally be, as the TP has more time to break down....

The “poo” too! I doubled up on the tank treatment (Happy Camper), when I did dump it was pretty much all brown water.

I agree add water. Also when you do add a cup of Dawn dish washing soap and a Tide pod. This will help break down any grease and when on the road will break everything up so it will dump easier

X2 on you will be fine. Just be sure to give it a good flush and you will be fine. I've done it before and never had any issues.
