Floor damage

The vinyl flooring is ripping beneath the roller on the frig side of a 303 RLS. The dealer claims it's a damaged roller and has to be replaced. Has anyone had to deal with a similar problem?

We have a 2019 303RLS and we had the same thing happen on our first open of the slide. Terrible rip to the floor. Our dealer fixed the floor but was useless when it came to solving the issue! Grand design is aware of the issue and has a roller kit that needs to be installed. The weight of the appliances is too much for the number of rollers installed from the factory.
