MK2670 blackout roller blinds faulty
Has anyone had a problem with the bottom piece of the blind the material goes into completely pulling off when you pull the blind down? I can put it back on, but it keeps happening and looks to be a design flaw.

Several of mine do that. Quite annoying. I used some wire survey flags, thinking they would hold the fold-over under the edge of the pull bar. I was wrong. Didn't work.
Will most likely end up running a bead of adhesive or hot glue to make that part of the blind hold it's shape and stay in the pull bar.Scott & Fonda

One of mine is now doing this. I’ll probably try wedging a piece of dowel rod in there along with some hot glue when I get a chance.

Greetings,
noob to the forum as we just purchased a used Grand Design 2400BH which happens to have the black roller blinds.
Two of which have the same challenge as the original poster.
Curious as to how people are getting the end bracket off the bottom bar. I started to try but it looked as though it was going to either bend or break. Should they just pop off so the blind can be re-threaded?
Thanks for the insights

Thank you chrisopy for taking the time to reply. This is a big help.
We are on our third day with the trailer and already have three blinds with the same issue.
The tips in this thread will be of great help to fix the problem permanently.
Cheers.
