    Entry Door

This is my first time in a campground and the door is difficult to close every time. I don't recall that being an issue when we took delivery in the fall. It will close if you slam hard or if you pull the release and pull handles at the same time. Any suggestions?

This has a new auto-leveling system. How would you check the leveling?

Not exactly clear as to what is binding or hitting. That said, try this: https://www.amazon.com/WD-40-300052-...s%2C151&sr=8-2

Hit the bolt and as much of the mechanism as you can. Even spray the key and insert it and turn. Stuff works wonders.

Use a level (preferably a 4’) and check numerous places in the RV. Not everything is going to be square, so pick your preferred “level” items. Compare the front, middle and rear areas too, because with the 6 jacks, you can bow and twist.

Now take your “findings” and use the manual mode on your leveling system to get the rig as straight and level as possible. You may have to do this from the control panel, but may also be able to do it with your phone. Recheck your front, middle and rear areas with the level until you are happy with it.

Once the rig is leveled to your liking (and your door is tested and works), tell the system to use the new settings as “level”. It’s in the menu.

Since you are posting in a Solitude forum, I have to assume you have one.

Check the clearance of the bottom of the door with the threshold on the tilt in solid steps.

They will bind together if not adjusted correctly.

We used some graphite spray on the door hinges on our 303. It took care of the issue.

Try and shorten the step legs til the step sits flat on the threshold.

Another thing to consider is door camber. I was going to give a link to another thread with a good explanation but the website link has been broken. Essentially what it explains is the door has an intentional bow in it to keep tension on the latch and weather seals at the same time. Sometimes it's too much as I experienced and the door could only be closed tight when slammed. I would suggest you let the dealer or an experienced tech handle this one. If you go too far adjusting it your out of luck.

We have a 2020 Reflection 337 we picked up last fall which had the same problem. The door would not close without slamming it. I tried to adjust the latch but it was adjusted all the way out. After close inspection the problem appeared to be new rubber seals. I put a little dry lube on the latch and it worked much better. You will probably find that after the door seals smash down some the door will close better. We are full time so the door gets a lot of use. I still give it a little dry lube about once a month when it starts to not close as well. Better to have a tight door than a loose one. With that said if your door is so thight that it will not latch when it is closed or latches but then pops open, that is a problem. You might try a little dry lube. It only takes a small squirt.
