Cause for concern?
After reading several posts on this forum about failed suspension hangers I decided to have a look under my coach to see if anything looked suspicious. All the welds and mounts looked good except all 6 hangers tilt a couple of degrees towards the street side. The coach is a late 2018 with the 2" square spacer welded under the I beam and 16" wheels. All tires are wearing evenly. Should I be concerned or is this just standard variance for Lippert quality control?

I think the tilt you see is normal Lippert construction. Keep a good eye on the welds and also just below the weld. Most that crack happens just below the weld.
Ours was the oddball and the weld failed on one side causing the hanger to just fall off of the rear axle. That in turn caused cracking on the other side.
If you can , add the V clips that you have read about here for extra support on the hangers.
