    Cool Another New 337RLS

    Hi Everyone!!!

Barbara pulled the trigger Saturday at the Tampa RV Show, and we'll be picking up our new Reflection on Saturday.

We're both retired from teaching in the last couple of years. Now that we're retired, we're moving up from a TT (PrimeTime Tracer 3000BHS), and before that a pop-up.

Our "thing" is volunteer campground hosting... in 2014 we were on the road from Memorial Day till almost Thanksgiving. In 2015, we plan to be at Hanging Rock State Park in North Carolina in May and June, and at Sutton Lake Corps of Engineers in West Virginia for August through October.

Congratulations. We love our new 2015 337RLS! A fantastic trailer especially when you compare quality and price to other manufactures of similar floor plans and amenities.

    Good luck and best wishes.

Welcome Barbara & Dave and congrats. If you talked to a long haired guy, owner of a 2014 337rls, on Sat in the 337rls atTampa show, that was me. The couple I spoke to seemed very interested, so maybe i've already met you. If not maybe we'll meet down the road.
Hanging Rock SP is a nice area, we camped in Mt Airy Christmas 2013.

    Impressed and very pleased.

We've stayed about 10 nights in it so far... 5 in the delivery area at LazyDays in Tampa, and five in a campground in Lake Okeechobee. Having two opposing slides makes a really big living area. Lots of storage space, both inside and in the basement. We moved everything we hauled in the Tracer TT we had before over to the 337, and there's still room to spare.

I was a little worried about all the relatively dark furniture and wood trim, but the beige walls and ceiling lighten the look considerably. And, oh, all those windows! Almost uninterrupted from the street side of the sofa, across the back, and along the curb side to the door. Except for the dining area window, they all slide open about 50%, for lots of natural ventilation.

Lots of 120V outlets, lots of lights. Would have liked LEDs though, even if an extra cost option.

    Negatives:

    1. I'm still trying to figure out the wiring diagram for the TV cables in the manual. And I think they could have made it easier to install antenna/cable/satellite setups, without having to fish cables thru the walls.
    2. The supports for the awning have a lot of movement in just moderate winds.

Now, GD would make me really happy if there were a couple of BNC feedthroughs for my HF and VHF antennas, but I guess you can't have everything.

The satellite connections in our 337 work great. We have a dish 322 dual receiver that feeds 3 TV's on 2 different channels all from 1 single wire coming from the dish. The receiver is mounted in the cabinet above the living room TV.Click image for larger version.

    Welcome and congratulations.

We are happy with our 303, now enjoying warmer weather in Sarasota.

See our blog entry about drilling holes in the new camper for a description of our radio setup.
