    emptying fresh water tank

Hello, I would like to empty my fresh water tank because I'm back on city water. However, I'd rather not just open the latch and allow it to drain directly below. Is there something that would allow me to attach a hose to this outlet and allow it drain elsewhere?
    Thanks, IceMan

I usually add the leftover water to my tanks to help with removal at a dump station. Can never have enough fluid to help clean out.

Thanks but not sure I understand what you're suggesting or how that's done from the fresh water tank. ...Regardless, I'm not camping and there is no dump station. I just want the fresh water to pour out somewhere else besides directly below my RV and create a swamp.

He probably means “turn on your pump and use it.”
Fill your bathroom and or kitchen gray tanks with it which will inevitably help when you dump.

But no, since the dump valve isn’t threaded there’s no way (I’ve seen) to connect a hose to it and have it go exactly where you want it.

This intrigues me, I would like to do the same thing. I am not sure of the diameter of the fresh water drain pipe, but thinking using PVC cement and using fittings that leave this on the end: https://www.amazon.com/Pack-Female-T.../dp/B00M0UGC6O

Not sure if this would extend the end of the pipe too low, and it would slow down the draining process, but would allow a garden hose to be attached.

Haven't thought it all the way through to see if it would work, just thinking out loud.

Maybe something like this would be better: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005LRXNE2/ref=dp_cerb_1

Just hook up the outside water line and add another water hose to the end of it and turn your pump on. Then you can pump the water wherever you want.

Thanks, but still not getting it. "How" do you fill the grey water tanks with the water from the fresh water tank?

You turn on pump and run water in your sink and or shower. That will drain into the grey tank/tanks.

Or you turn on the water pump and hook up the coil hose to one of the spray ports. You could fill buckets that way.
