Need assistance - battery not charging
Currently camping with 50 Amp shore power but battery is not charging. Noticed our Norcold refrigerator error message: Lo/Dc. Checked and the battery power is dopwn to one light, despite being connected to 50 Amp shore power in a capmground. Our RV Surge Protector lights all indicate good power flow. Checked interior circuit panel, all fuses look fine. Can't locate converter to check it's two fuses. Any help/advice greatly appreciated. And no, we do not have a voltage meter (we are new and learning about the systems). Thank you.

UPDATE: found the converter in the panel under the bar/console drawers (behind breaker box). One of the two fuses had popped out. Replaced it and all is working fine now. In fact, battery had not discharged, it just wasn't registering on the panel due to missing fuse. Question: Why doesn't Grand Design include the location of critical equipment like this in the manual??? Live and learn. If we aren't careful we will eventually become handy. Suspicious that the high temperatures today (95 degrees) combined with running two ac units constantly caused the fuse to jump ship?

The omission of the location of those fuses, and a few others are a gripe of mine too. There is no reason they couldn't be kept in a central location, like the fuse panel. Before anyone goes explaining the added cost just look at the YARDS of excess wire in the basement or storage of your trailer.
High temps will not cause a fuse to come loose. Most probably it was not completely seated when installed. Vibration from travel and just moving about inside or the A/C running probably worked it out. If you felt good resistance on the blades inserting it you should be good. In fact if I remember right those are snap lock type fuse holders. If not a small screwdriver and a bit of leverage will retension the contacts in the fuse holder.2018 F150 XLT 301a, Screw, 4x4, HDPP, Max tow, Andersen Ultimate w/ Curt Double Lock hitch.
