    315RLTS plumbing

Morning. Just purchased a 2020 Reflection 315RLTS. I’ve been trying to figure out if the 2 gray tanks will flow to the other tank f one gets full. Or are the completely independent? Thanks in advance.

howson has just done a large bit of plumbing work on his 315RLTS so he probably knows.
It's on an a different location from here, an unmentionable sandbox.
Try google: howson Bristol Gray Valves 315RLTS

The grey tanks are separate and don't communicate with each other... but there's a trick to get around that. Get one of these:

    https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

and put it on the waste water outlet. Close the black tank and leave both grey tanks open (with this add-on valve close). This will enable the two grey tanks to equalize and both will dump when you open the Valterra valve. Be sure to close the grey tanks and drain the black tank before you dump the greys so you'll have the grey water to rinse after the black water.

Grey tank(s) mystery on 315 RLTS

Hello all - I was researching the functions of the grey tanks on our 21 315 RLTS and came across this post. In our case, only one tank functions. We live in Central Oregon where it’s below freezing much of the winter so the solution described above whereby both valves are left open won’t work for us. Does anyone have another idea to use the extra tank capacity?
Both the kitchen and bath drain into the one tank now.

I can’t speak to the 21 model year, but I have a 2020 and it works exactly as Rob describes.

If I open the dump valve on the 3rd gray tank (for the washer dryer), will it equalize with the other 2?

Is your third gray tank on the same dump outlet as the other two or does it have a separate dump outlet. If on the same outlet, all three should be connected. If separate, it will not.
