F150 2.7EB with 22 MLE scale numbers help

    Hi all,
I've been posting questions here and there and decided it should be simpler to just start a new post.
We finally got to call to pickup our new 22MLE and we love so far. Haven't been out camping yet but soon.
On are way home from the dealer we stopped at CAT scale to get our first dry readings. Unfortunately what I didn't notice, was that the dealer had filled the water to 2/3. I only noticed when we got home. So the readings are not really dry weight. Since the nearest scale is 1.5 hrs away, I wont be returning to get the dry numbers. The truck pulled OK and didn't struggle in the hills. It was really windy and we got pushed around a little on the highway. Might need to tweak the Husky Centerline WDH a little. Anyway, here are the numbers which seems off a little I think.

TV is 2019 F150 Lariat, 2.7EB, 3.55, tow package, 145" wheelbase (short bed).
    Front GAWR 3450
    Rear GAWR 3350
    GCWR 12,900
Curb weight at scale (including full tank and WDH but - passengers) 5190
    Payload sticker 1426 (outch)
    GVWR 6600
    Max tow 7.600
    Max tongue 1320 (with WDH)
    Tire cap 2756

    22 MLE factory weight sheet
    UVW 5438 (advertise was 5176)
Hitch weight 698 (not sure if this included the LP tanks and batt but advertise was 490)

    Scale numbers:
    TV, WDH on, TT
    Steer axle, 3260
    Drive axle, 3140
    TT axle, 5020
    GCW, 11,420

    TV, WDH off, TT
    Steer axle, 3020
    Drive axle, 3520
    TT axle, 4900
    GCW 11,440

TV, WDH in the box, no TT
    Steer axle, 3280
    Drive axle, 2640
    total 5920

We are planning our shake down trip in 2 weeks (if things open up) 4 days (2 hooked up and 2 boondocking) and we will be 1 hr away from the dealer. I'm planning on also filling up the water tank and again going back to the CAT scale for loaded numbers. My oh my will I be tight on numbers if not over. Pretty scary.
What are your thoughts on the numbers? Do they seem right? Should I adjust the WDH some more?
Here's a pic (happy wife) when we got home and was still attached. The line looks like it could be a little better.
This is our first TT and would really welcome and appreciate your comments and suggestion.Click image for larger version.

Good job collecting all the numbers. Check out this link and input your scale numbers, results are then calculated at the bottom.
