I've done some of the replacements mentioned above. The 2 additional items I've done that I didn't see mentioned:

3 stage water filter with pressure regulator installed in the pass through storage.

Replaced std USB charging stations with high speed Qualcomm turbo charging stations.

Since posting this I did follow through and replace one roof vent fan in kitchen with the MaxxFan Deluxe. Wife says this was a very good upgrade, can now pull air through windows at night.

And since our fridge is in the slide I replaced the rear outside upper vent ADDA 2500rpm, 25dBA noisy fan with two Pure Wings 2, 1900rpm, 18.6dBA, much quieter!

How did you get to the old fan. We have a 2500rl and I cannot see the fan when I remove the top slide vent. BUT we can clearly hear it [emoji853].
    Thanks

On our (early) 2018 28BH, we have replaced thus far:
    - Tail lamps for LED tail lamps (safety reasons)
    - All marker lights for LED marker lights (safety reasons)
    - Stairs for Torklift GlowStep Revolution steps (more stable solution)
    - Plastic door holder/latch for a metal version (broke the plastic holder)
    - The folding door handle rail for a Stromberg-Carlson Lend-A-Hand Extended Assist Rail (safety reasons/kids)
    - Door lock tumbler so can't be opened with a dealer key (security reasons)
    - All slam latches for key-alike latches that match main door (purple Global Link key) and replaced the plastic latch backers with metal backers. (security reasons)
    - Barrel lock in belly door that matches main door (purple Global Link key) - actually replaced the two finger pulls with barrel locks, and put one of the finger pulls in the middle position. (security reasons)
    - 15in wheels for 16in wheels & GY Endurance tires (to fix nose high & better tires)
    - Equalizers for MorRyde SRE4000 (to fix nose high)
    - Bolts, bushings & shackles with a MorRyde HD wet-bolt, bushing & shackle kit (longevity reasons)
    - Heat vent at bunk area for a swivel type vent (convenience)
    - All cable tv ends, jacks, splitters and several sections of cable (to fix snowy cable picture)
    - Shower head for Oxygenics (performance reasons)
    - Lower bunk mattress for 5in Lucid gel/memory foam mattress (comfort reasons)

On mine once I removed the top vent, see photo, the fan is just below it, approximately at the top of the Imagine decal. Maybe yours is lower, try removing the lower vent and look up into it.

Our slides look similar except the physical position of the fridge in the slide, but vents look the same. I will try that tomorrow and maybe with the help of a mirror I can find it. I would love to lose the airplane.
    Thanks

Best to me is NOT pleated, smooth operating and effective! Went with Irvine Shade and Door Skow-Rise Day/Nite roller shades. They're a two roller affair with the daytime solar screen and nighttime room darkening. Multiple mounting brackets available and made to order. Purchased through the Shade-Man, who is an old RV industry veteran, for the best pricing.
