zip ties have replaced "bailing wire and duct tape". Harbor Freight carries wonderful sizes and multi-length sets.

Love all the responses, but the engineer in me is wondering what type of bush fix this is. It appears to be a vehicle with a coil spring suspension. Coil is out of place. Were they just trying to keep it tucked up and solid? Back radius arm still looks good. Or is this a front steering axle and they are trying to hold the steering rod in place?
