gd303 rls 15" tires with any new 2020 truck
My GD 303 rls has 15 inch tires. Will my 303 trailer hook up to any new 3/4 ton truck and be level?? I have noticed the new 3/4 ton trucks are about 4 inches taller. Is anyone out there pulling a GD 303 with 15 inch tires and a new truck, any brand? thanks, Duke

Thanks John, do you know how much higher it is ? I really don't want to go to 16 " tires, changing everything , wheels and such. But don;t want to put too much weight on one axle and risk a blowout. Have you put many miles on your trailer with the new truck? do you have plans to upgrade to 16 " ? Thanks for the information.

The later 303s have a 2" x 2" square tube welded to the frame extending past where the front, center and rear shackles mount. Combined with 16" tire it raises the trailer quite a bit.
I just saw this in the Axel forum

When I went from a F-150 to a F-250 I replaced the shank on my hitch to one with a larger drop. I went from a 2 inch shank with a 3 inch drop to a 2.5 inch shank with a 6 inch drop and the trailer sat level.

I was nose high with the 17 F350 with our 18 28BH that had stock 15in wheels.. I ended up putting on 16 wheels and was able to fit GY Endurance ST235/85R16's tires (at min clearances). I also added MorRyde SRE4000 suspension with SumoSprings. All in all, I came out very close to level. Now I have an 19 F450 which the bed height is just below the F350 and the ride is perfectly level.
