trailer tongue jack block

Hi all, are you putting something underneath the tongue jack to save time?
Got home with our Imagine 22MLE and had to extend the jack long enough. It took a bit of time and I notice that because its extended a bit, it has some play in it. Not as solid.

I sandwich a bunch of 2x8 boards (glued and screwed) and place a handle on the side. I also make sure the bottom board is green treated to resist water. I think I have 5 boards total for a height of 7.5 inches.

I actually splurged and bought one of the heavy plastic ones with the gift cards they gave us when we bought our new trailer, figured gotta spend that gift card on something. Yes you need something or it takes forever and it sure makes it more stable.
