Antenna Booster Broken

First night on the road with the new 395m, I discover the tv antenna booster button is broken. Does anyone know what brand GD uses. Mine has 3 coax connections on the back and 2 wire connections.

I don't think they have changed it over the years. Very common any RV shop should have it.

Call GD customer service and they will likely send you a new one. Mine didn't work to allow the cable signal through and GD customer service sent me a new one.

Found one on the road home . I'm surprised how it was mounted to the thin wall material. I need to reinforce the area before I finish the installation.

Just so ya know. Almost EVERY RV has that switch installed cheaply like yours was. I don't think I ever came across one that wasn't unless for some reason a manufacturer had a solid wood piece of cabinet to install it in (I think Tiffin does). Even a very expensive Newmar Class A installed them like yours.

If that was in a house it would at least have at least low voltage "box" in the wall that the switch would be installed in.

Glad you found one and could fix it yourself.
